It's a personal and professional process of self development which is based on one to one encounters between the coach and coacher during which work related situations area analyzed and delicate meetings are prepared.

Coaching Steps:
- Preliminary meetings with inside contacts to understand and collect useful information to be used in establishing objectives and effective actions plans
- Meeting with the coachee to share priorities and expectations, to define objectives and specific strategies to be implemented
- Two hours working sessions every three weeks, focused on opened problems through confrontation, sharing and constant feed back
- Actions plans to be implemented between sessions, follow up by phone and e-mail
- Final meeting with company, coach and coachee, to share the job done
