We know that people and organizations have the capacity of learning through their own actions. We have always worked starting from the certainty that people and organizations know a lot more than what they think they do.
Our job is to facilitate the learning process, guide development paths, research innovative solutions. Our training model is based on the inductive method which sees the individual and the group as actors in the learning process and the consultants as a facilitator of the process itself.
Through identity and discovery enhancement we promote encounters and crossing of various disciplines; metaphors are used as working tool.
In our sessions we make use of different experiences and forms of language: THEATRE, DESIGN, PHOTOGRAPHY, CINEMA, PAINTING, MUSIC, SPORT, POETRY, MARTIAL ARTS, ADVERTISING AND LITERATURE. L
