With this survey we are going to go on the work begun with the book Team Building, printed by Guerini & Ass. in 2005, on the concept that "It's the person who is the core of any organizational success".

In the new work the focus is on wellbeing, a concept as much used as misunderstood. Between a specialized literature and a real necessity, the survey tend to place in a favorable light both the tangible benefits for the organization and its business and the way to get and preserve them. Our survey is based on business case-histories.
