“Learning to walk on quicksand”. This is the metaphor sociologist Zygmunt Bauman uses in his book "The Liquid Life" to describe the relationship between complexity/speed - knowledge/learning. The impetuous speed of reality, the fluidness of knowledge, the influence of multiple variables has modified the relationship between knowledge and learning. Today knowledge needs to be continuously renewed. Ability lies in fast obtaining what is needed at that moment and in being able to abandon, forget, with the same speed, what's obsolete and misleading. Information becomes quickly outdated and in turn so does knowledge and behaviour connected to it. Therefore, more than just learning specific contents (which are liquids), it is necessary to learn how to learn and forget, to develop an autonomous intelligence, criticism in order to connect aspects which are different from reality.
In this scenario, the difference is made by people and their ability to produce innovative ideas.

The management is responsible for developing talent which is present in its organization.

  • Team building: working in team, integrating knowledge, ability and experience to produce innovative ideas
  • Managing knownledge: to communicate new ideas, spread knowledge, create sharing, initiate and carry out changes, to respond quickly and efficiently to business needs.
  • Red Line: to handle information in critical situations, to be able to answer difficult questions efficiently. A necessary skill required for those responsible for representing people and ideas.
  • Pubblic speaking: from identifying the objections to the organization of topics, from non verbal aspects - voice, mime, gesticulation, posture - to audiovisual support.
